프로젝트를 설정은 대시보드에 서비스 만족도나 운영에 필요한 지표를  설정 할 수있도록 제공합니다. 

현재 버전(v0.2)에서는 '모니터링' 주제로 분석하기위한 , **주제 설정만 지원됩**니다. 🥲

모니터링 설정방법에대해 안내드리겠습니다.

### 1.모니터링 주제설정 OFF

설정 초기에는 토글버튼이 OFF 상태로  ON 으로  변경해주세요.

### 2.모니터링 주제설정 ON

* 모니터링 설정 ON 토글된경우 , 모니터링 주제목록이  활성화됩니다.&#x20;

모니터링 주제 유형은 **기본주제**와 **사용자주제**로 구분됩니다.&#x20;

* 기본주제 : 코코너티브에서 기본으로 지원하는 주제입니다. (개발코드, 정보보안,개인정보,부정피드백)&#x20;
* 사용자주제 : 채팅서비스  운영관리자가  검토할 주제를 직접 설정 할 수있는 주제입니다.&#x20;

### 2.모니터링 주제설정

모니터링 주제 목록에서 우측 수정버튼 <img src="/files/IEiTzn0OjQAidFpNuScu" alt="수정버튼" data-size="original">을 클릭하여 '모니터링 주제수정' 화면이 팝업됩니다.

대화주제 이름과 , 주제와 관련된 키워드 및 예시표현을 입력해주세요.&#x20;

반드시, **분석반영 체크버튼**을 선택해주세요. 선택하지 않은경우 모니터링  결과에 반영 되지않습니다.

등록완료 후 , 모니터링 주제 목록에 반연된 결과를 확인 할 수있습니다.&#x20;

### 3.모니터링 분석요청&#x20;

모니터링 주제설정을 완료하셨다면, 상단 ![](/files/8bwH7b19B0kWEyv3j41W)버튼을 클릭해주세요!&#x20;

모니터링 요청 버튼을 클릭 후  안내팝업을 닫으면 , **모니터링 최종 요청일자가 업데이트**되는지 확인해주세요 .

모니터링 요청은 **월요일\~ 토요일**까지 가능합니다.  일요일은 요청 불가능합니다. &#x20;

분석은 **가장 최신 요청일자순**으로 분석 결과에 반영됩니다.&#x20;
